After careful consideration we feel the session times shown in the main table below best meet the needs of parents and careers, but we will try to be flexible and accommodate any additional needs.

We are able to offer a term time only option to parents wishing to access childcare during the school term time.
|Weekly Session||8:00 am – 6:00 pm|
|This is our full time day care option – 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)|
|Full Day Session||8:00 am – 6:00 pm|
|This has the same times as the full time option, but you can choose the day(s) you require.|
|School Day Session||8:45 am – 3:45 pm|
|The times for this session match the normal school day – which makes it easier and more cost effective if there are school age siblings to consider.|
|Morning Session||8:00 am – 1:00 pm|
|The day(s) can be split into a Morning Session with collection at 1:00 pm.|
|Afternoon Session||1:00 am – 6:00 pm|
|Alternatively, an Afternoon Session is another option.|
The Nursery is closed on all Bank Holidays and for one week at Christmas and one week at Easter. You will not be charged for these times but if you take holidays or your child is absent for any reason then we cannot give a refund.
Government Funding and Employment Vouchers
At Giggles Nursery we accept funding and employment vouchers to cover childcare costs.
Funding applies when children are 2 years old and ends when they are 4 years old – when they leave Nursery to start Primary School.
Parents who have a two year old child receive 15 hours per week of funded pre-school education if they are on a low income. This adds up to 570 hours per year. To find out if you are eligible you can contact the Family information services on 01452 427362 or 0800 5420202
If you do qualify for this funding then it can be claimed for the term after the child’s second birthday.
All children who are 3 and 4 years old are entitled to 15 hours per week funded early education regardless of income. This funding is claimed the term after their third birthday.
People just wanting to use their free allowance can choose to do 3 morning or afternoon sessions a week during the school term. We are also able to offer the option for children to spread the funded 570 hours over 50 weeks of the year.
Parents wishing to do more are able to combine sessional payments and funded sessions to meet their weekly childcare requirements.
For more information on Nursery Education Funding please visit www.gloscypdirectory.org.uk
For parents only accessing the funded sessions there is an additional optional cost for their hot meal but children can bring a packed lunch for free.
To find out the exact amount you’ll be charged please get in touch by telephone or use the Contact Us form. We’ll be in touch to discuss the fees and your child care requirements.
